Is the popularity of poppies a new development, or am I too slow on the uptake?

Please Drink Responsibly

Cinnamon Syrup

1 cup of water – Bring to a boil in a pot.

1 cup of cane sugar – add this to the water and stir until dissolved.

Reduce Heat.

1 Cinnamon Stick – add to water, cover with a lid and simmer 10-15 minutes.

Remove from heat and cool for 1 hour.

Save in a glass jar in the refrigerator. It should last 2 weeks.

Simple Syrup

The same steps as above with the exception of adding the cinnamon stick.

Gin + Vodka +Rosemary

Homemade Kahlua + prunes

Whiskey + cumin  On day 4, 1 yellow rose added.

Grand Marnier + whole cloves

Jack Daniels + cranberries

Latest Update: The experiment has undergone over a month of the infusion of delightful tastes and scents. Coming soon…Mix and Match Night with the Girls.

It’s been over a week so I think I’m ready to start mixing and testing. Stay tuned!

They’ve been infusing for 4 days now and smell wonderful!
